This jug is a really substantial item made from solid brass and VERY HEAVY!

There are signs that it might once have been silver plated but this does not detract from its visual appeal although it would probably benefit from a good clean.

A rare survivor with the mis spelling of Scotch adding to its collectability & uniqueness.

The jug stands at an impressive 10" high from the base to the highest point of the spout. 9.5" from the base to the top of the handle & just under 5.5" across its base.

A really impressive jug. Surface pitting the the metal in places but no dents. The jug is pictured against a standard size mug for scale. The mug is not included in this sale.
