The item is in used condition and does contain signs of wear. It turns on without any difficulty; there are no issues during the self check and initialising. There are a few items included in the case; an orange cable, Tyco SFWK for a dual circuit box, 2 sets of keys, a sharp disposable kit, a black strap and 2 metal plates. The item will come with a certificate of calibration and a power supply lead. 
note; the outer case does contain wear mainly on the exterior.
