This is an elegant English Parker Duofold AF Senior from around 1948. The colour designation by Parker was “Burgundy" though it looks more like a very dark Oxblood or dark brown,  almost black but with a rich warm texture. This gorgeous pen is in superb condition having been fully serviced, a new ink sac fitted, ultrasonically cleaned, hand polished and then tested with ink. The 14k gold nib lays down a medium, smooth line . Aside from age related micro scratches and marks, this pen is superb. This fountain pen will delight the person that uses it!
