Bottle is empty.  The ACL is in pretty good shape on both the front and the back.  It has some yellowing to it but overall clear.  I did not try to clean this at all but appears the glass is cloudy.  The original cap is in place as well with some wear and rust but overall this bottle still displays great.  See pics for more details.
