Vintage NOS 1975 Michigan Half-Year License Plate 8964 C Exp Nov 14.  It measures 6" tall by 12" wide by 1/8" thick.   Ask questions before bidding and sold as is.  I will give feedback after I have received feedback from the purchaser.   (see Pics)
