Very fast growing once established, flowering after two or sometimes three years, and monocarpic so will die after flowering.

A breathtaking 4m tall spire of countless blue-purple flowers in just two years! Pollinator perfection and Mediterranean, coastal, and gravel-garden WOW factor.

Will take minus 8 with fleece placed over the crown.

Needs a very sunny, sheltered site, in well drained soil.

Currently in a 9cm pot, a good size for planting out. I’ve always found these do better planted out rather than in a pot.

I will only post Monday to Wednesday to try and avoid parcels being stuck in the sorting office over the weekend. Orders made on a Thursday onwards will not be shipped until the following Monday.
