All-in-all in very good condition.  The cover is actually more of a coral color, but for some reason it appears washed out looking.  It, as well as the binding are in great shape. A name and school address was written on first inside cover as well as a drawing, signature and hand-written piece of poetry from 1940 on the opposing side.  Also, some small penciled drawings on a few other pages, but all pages are in excellent readable condition - no stains, tears, creases, etc.
