HI-PALS made boots are a little more scarce than those made by other makers. 

These came from the estate of a 101st ABN DIV soldier who, at some point in time, replaced the original strings with para-cord.  The reason for that might have been the fact that one of the black strings (both are included) is damaged, plz see pics.
