How It Works

How to Use

1. Position the shoulder supports against your shoulders and press the frame close to your chest
2. Grip the handles, cup your hands together, and tuck your chin slightly
3. Raise the device up and over your head so the occipital pad rests against the back of your head and the shoulder pads rest on your shoulders
4. Slowly tilt your head backward against the spring resistance and hold briefly, then return to start
5. Use daily following a gradual routine (start with fewer reps and increase gradually)
