The XJR9 LM engine is a difficult model to produce a highly accurate finished product of due to the excessive complexity of its exhaust pipes and piping. Therefore, SD have created additional parts to ensure a high-precision finish.
In addition, it is impossible to complete the painting to perfectly match the decal pattern without any errors.
Therefore, we have added masking tape to make painting easier.

Only 9 holes need to be drilled. Most parts are high-precision 3D printed parts that connect pipes and wiring simply by "placing" them. The parts are thicker than 1mm and strong enough to withstand the strength of tubing. Two spare sets are provided for the slightly thinner engine side piping.
The inaccurate exhaust pipe diameter, routing, and positioning have been significantly corrected.
The control system box, which is difficult to paint, has been made into a two-piece unit.

Two sets are included for correction and modification, and as a spare in case of failure.
The rear wheel cover fasteners that interfere with decals and the difficult-to-paint roof door hinges are separate parts. Spares are included because they are fragile.
