Good used condition. This vintage Pflueger Akron No. 1895 baitcasting reel passed a basic dry mechanical test. The handle turns smoothly, the spool rotates freely, and the controls appear to function as intended.

The reel has only been lightly wiped down with a dry cloth. It has NOT been disassembled, cleaned, lubricated, restored, or serviced. For best performance, it should be professionally cleaned and lubricated before regular use.

Made in USA. Shows normal cosmetic wear from age including scratches, scuffs, and finish wear. Fishing line is included as found, but its condition is unknown and should be replaced before use.
