About David Hedison
David Hedison enjoyed a career spanning more than five decades in television and film. He is best remembered as Captain Lee Crane in the Irwin Allen science fiction series Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea. He also portrayed Felix Leiter opposite Roger Moore in Live and Let Die (1973) and Timothy Dalton in Licence to Kill (1989), making him one of the few actors to reprise the role in the James Bond franchise.
His many television appearances included roles in The Love Boat, Murder, She Wrote, Dynasty, Fantasy Island, Magnum, P.I., and numerous other popular series.
