The full inscription on the chuck reads "ROHM 0.8 - 10 S B 12 S2 Germany S11 1/32-3/8"
The mounting shaft has a slight taper of approx 11-13mm over a 21mm length.
There is light rust staining around the chuck jaws but this is surface only.
