Drums: There is a visible crack in the main body of the drum kit stand structure (please see photos). The drum kit is also missing some parts/cymbal arms. Due to it being incomplete, the kick pedal and body are untested. 

Guitars: The black Fender Stratocaster-style guitar (bottom right) has a crack near the end of the neck where the headstock connects, meaning the end piece does not stay securely attached. See photos. It is untested.
