This is the great, RARE, original (6-3/4” by 4-7/8”) photograph recently found in a large, local collection. (See scans) I have never seen this view before! It shows a nice, early view of the old 82’ steel hull tugboat “ROGER”. It was built in Manitowoc Wisconsin in 1913.
