a rare vintage 1960s Italian black and gold chenille tapestry carpet purse this elegant high quality Italian crafted hand bag has so many different textures that makes this bag exceptional. the front of the purse is made of black chenille with a subtle gold glitter texture and black velvet floral pattern on top. the back of the purse is made of black quilted fabric and the bottom and sides are made of a textured gold fabric embossed with a geometric pattern. the front of the purse is adorned with a brass filigree decorative buckle. it has a curved handle with brass knobs. hidden snap buttons the bag is lined with black vinyl fabric and has one larger pocket and a side pocket with zipper closure and a separate front pocket. label on the inside : Originale Alessantirini ? made in Italy i handpicked this purse on a collectors fair in the Netherlands. in excellent vintage condition, no flaws to mention.
