Which Inner Bowl Finish Should I Order?

RAW STONE is standard for each sink. If available in the listing variation, we offer 2 textures of EPOXY RESIN COATING that waterproofs the inner bowl.

GLOSS epoxy looks very wet and shiny, and will develop a soft patina over time as it is cleaned and polished.

MATTE epoxy creates a soft look that is perfect if you want to protect your sink without drawing attention to the coat.

If available, E poxy coating is recommended if you have hard water or are installing in areas where staining may be an issue. Epoxy is a flexible resin coating. It is transparent, non-yellowing, and waterproofs the stone. We apply it to the inner bowl and polished top edge only. It never needs to be reapplied. Epoxy is not required and is a nonrefundable service. Uncoated sinks are best maintained using a combination of stone sealant spray, Howard's Butcher Block Mineral Oil, and clear disinfectant.

For best installation results, we recommend using a drain assembly without overflow with a tube that measures 1 1/2 inches. Install your drain using a plumber's putty.

SHIPPING:

Each sink is fragile packaged using a combination of EPS foam, bubble wrap, paper, and double wall box. Each shipment is fully insured, and damage is extremely rare. However, in case of damage, we require images of the damaged item as well as the box, all the packaging material, and tracking sticker within 24 hours of delivery. It is very important to keep the box, packing material, and damaged item in order to facilitate an insurance claim and process the replacement order or refund.

RETURNS:

Returns in original condition are gladly accepted when postmarked within 30 days of delivery confirmation. The buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs.
