Seafoam blue light teal in color

I am unsure if this is blue topaz or crystal quartz. I believe it is raw blue topaz but I don’t know how to check

Imperfections:

The silver clasp and chain needs polishing

The stones are raw and therefor there are darker spots

The sea foam blue rope threaded in the stones is some fraying bits but the necklace is sturdy and not at risk for breaking
