Meyer 6M Medium Chamber alto saxophone mouthpiece. This was previously owned by a member of the Glenn Miller Orchestra. It comes with the original box, which still has a Music Mart price tag of $44.50. Based on that price, this mouthpiece was likely sold in the late 1970s or early 1980s.

The mouthpiece is in excellent overall condition. The table, tip, and rails all look very clean for the age of the mouthpiece. The tip opening measures .073".
