Snap on Toolbox Lock and locking mechanism.
With two keys that are not original keys.
(I purchased them from a vendor on eBay).
This is the original lock from a 1962 Snap-On KRA58B Toolbox.
It will likely fit other KRA58 boxes.
I have other parts from this box listed, including the drawers and slides.
I was very careful with these parts since threads are easily stripped on these old items.
All threads are good, and I put the lock back in place, and everything still works as it should.
The re-install goes easy once you look carefully at the pieces, and how they need to articulate, and I can share that information with the buyer.
Each arm is 12-1/2 inches in length.
Weight of the whole set is 7.7 oz.
Key goes in and out of the lock as it should.
There is loss of some of the chrome finish on the round, exposed part of the lock.
The serial number is still present on the outside of the lock.
The arms and internal mechanism have some rust.
Wear as would be expected from a 64 year old used shop item.
Again, everything moves and works as it should.
In the video,I didn't show the tab that locks the door down in the center.
I showed the movement of the tab in the last two pictures.
Please see the video, and pictures which will show the condition and functionality.
