Specifications and Origin
Manufacturer: Judging by the distinctive dial design with its chess knight logo, this watch was manufactured at the Oryol watch factory "Yantar."
Production Period: Similar wooden models were produced in the 1950s and 1960s. They were considered professional equipment and were used in tournaments throughout the USSR.
Materials: The case is made of varnished wood, and the movement components are made of metal.
Model Features
This mechanical clock is equipped with two independent spring-wound mechanisms. When a player makes a move and presses the button on their side, their clock stops, and the opponent's clock starts.
Red Flag: A small hand (flag) on the dial indicates the approach of "time trouble"—a shortage of time. When the minute hand lifts the flag and it falls, the player's time is considered over.
Condition: Good visual and technical condition.
