Masterfield Series
The Masterfield MFA is a long-standing model that has existed since the launch of the original "F&C" brand in 1996; it is a full-hollow body guitar with a dedicated fanbase. Compared to other series, this model involves a greater degree of hand-craftsmanship, showcasing the exceptional skills of expert artisans.
This model features a combination of a spruce top, curly maple back and sides, a rosewood fretboard, and a "Jazz Burst" finish. With an HH pickup configuration, it is a versatile, all-round instrument capable of handling a wide range of musical genres.
Beyond its meticulous construction, it incorporates techniques honed through years of experience, such as the "Expert Fret Edge" treatment, which ensures smooth and effortless fingering.
It is equipped with two FGN original humbucking pickups. In addition to the airy tone characteristic of a full-hollow guitar, players can achieve a diverse range of sounds by adjusting the balance between the neck and bridge pickups and tweaking the tone controls.
There are fine scratches, dings, and some dulling of the metal hardware on the top and back of the body.
The metal plates on the neck tone, bridge volume, and tone knobs are missing.
There is no sinking of the body top, and the neck remains straight.
Truss rod operation has been verified.
