Rare VTG 1970's ESSO Gas Delivery Flatbed Truck Pressed Steel Toy NO TONKA

Description:

Up for sale is a rare vintage Argentine ESSO propane gas delivery truck, complete with its original cardboard box. An unused example, this attractive advertising toy promotes the well-known ESSO brand.

The cab is made of sky blue pressed steel with a white plastic grille, gray interior, and clear plastic windows. The white flatbed body features the original ESSO advertising decals on both sides and comes complete with six removable blue plastic propane cylinders. 

Made in Argentina by San Mauricio, circa 1970.

5 inches (13 cm) length.

Condition:
Unused, all original and complete truck with only very minor storage marks from age. The original box shows light wear consistent with storage over the years, so it is very important to examine the pictures carefully. Otherwise, it remains in excellent to near mint overall condition.
