Factory seal broken to charge the handset, as the device had likely fully discharged due to its age. They did have EU chargers in the box which have been replaced with UK chargers.
Please bear in mind this handset was released on Android 9 and may not be compatible with secure apps like Banking. It is upgradeable to Android 11 via pushed software updates.
