Plot Summary
  • The Tournament of Titans: Odin declares a grand tournament for all warriors across the realms, offering a suit of golden armor as the prize. The Beacon of the Brave is lit, attracting contestants and heroes from everywhere. 
  • Loki's Vengeance: The signal is also detected by Loki and the Absorbing Man in deep space. Loki orchestrates a plot by secretly animating the deadly Destroyer armor and sending it to Asgard. 
  • The Battle: The unstoppable Destroyer begins ravaging Asgard, defeating Heimdall and severely injuring Volstagg. Thor steps up to battle the engine of destruction in an attempt to save Odin and Asgard.
