1, Characteristics not noted on the grading label are considered part of the assigned grade.
2, Minor scuffs or scratches on the holder are normal from handling and storage and do not affect the note itself.
3, Re-holder service is available directly through the grading company if desired. Buyer is responsible for grading company fees and shipping.
