Antique three-wing wooden screen (France, Napoleon III), covered with an elaborate oil painting scene on canvas, which is absolutely unique.

The three-part, curved painting in the Rococo style shows an elegant salon scenario. 

The canvas elements are bordered with a classic decorative border all around. 

The wooden frame ends at the top with filigree rocaille carvings and rests on elegantly curved cabriole legs with subtle floral relief decoration at the bottom. 

The back is covered with a traditional striped floral fabric.

The historical collector's item shows age-related signs of wear, old woodworm marks, missing parts of the wood and small damage to the fabric on the back, which underline the authentic antique character (see photos).
