This is an engraving titled Solomon and Bathsheba enthroned by Johann Jakob Frey the Elder, after a work by Domenichino.
The print depicts King Solomon and his mother, Bathsheba, seated on a throne.
The Latin inscription at the bottom of the print is a quote from 1 Kings 10:8 in the Bible.
