Antique old Yellow Ware Ceramic Cake or jelly Mold Kitchen Decor. 

I believe it was made in Europe and imported from Switzerland. Its over 100 years old. 

The pan measures about 23.5cm wide across the top. Its 19.5cm across and 9cm high.

The condition is good considering its age. No cracks but one chip off the rim and a few other tiny flea bites.  The white areas are reflections.
