Red felt with brown cloth center.  

One side has city, "Des Moines, Iowa".  The other side has an image of the State Capitol.  

Estimate the hat is from 1930's or early 1940's vintage.  

3 3/4" (max height) x 10 3/4 long.

EXCELLENT condition.  No tears or stains on the hat.
