This is the left/rear radar unit used in Honda's Blind Spot Information System. The left and right BSI radar units must be of matching versions to avoid fault codes (e.g., B1E6A, B18BA); always replace both sides with the same revision if mismatched. The corresponding right-side radar assembly is 36931-TG7-A23. Professional calibration at a Honda dealership is recommended after installation.
