There are holes to fit your Leica; Barnack Leica and almost all L mount Leica.
Take off flange from your camera and put necessary amount of this spacer. Usually, flange back
is 28.8mm, except some of FED, decide amout of spacer by measuring by guage.

Above condition is based on my own opinion and experiences by checking similar items.
