The Löser Model 16 automatic osmometer allows rapid determinations of the osmolarity of aqueous solutions.

Easy to use, it is particularly dedicated to small sample volumes of 50µl to 100µl (model 16) or 10 to 50µl (model 16M).

The user places the sample with a micropipette in a standard Eppendorf type micro tube and places it on its support.

As the freezing point approaches, the induction of crystallization occurs automatically.

The instrument then automatically determines the osmolarity in mosm / kg H2O and the result is printed.
