This is a Roper Whiteney Punch No.5 Jr. This is metal hole punch but, it can be used on softer materials such as leather. Primarily used in metal fabrication; this punch can put a hole in thin sheets of metal with ease. It's a vintage tool and made in the USA. This is a solid tool to have around the shop or in the shed.
