Shipping Terms

• Phone Number of recipient is required for each order for guaranteed delivery, local courier may need to call recipient for custom clearance/ delivery schedule/ address problem/ shipping delay etc.                                                                           
                             
• We ship to World-wide. But our items with free shipping only cover USA/Canada/Southeast Asia/ AU/ NZ/ most Western EUR countries.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

• Buyers from other locations including Eastern Europe / Middle East / North West Middle Asia / Russia / Brazil / South America / Africa / all island countries, please contact us in advance for extra shipping cost before order.                                               

• Standard Shipping time --- usually 7~14 business days to USA/Canada/Southeast Asia/ AU/ NZ/ most Western EUR ; Other locations may take 10~30 days variously; Unexpected extended custom clearance time is not included.

• Economy Shipping time --- usually 20~40 business days; Could take longer to countries with more complicated custom clearance procedure like Brazil, Russia, Kazakhstan etc.

• We are irresponsible for item loss or returning from destination because of incorrect shipping address, or recipient won't response in time to custom clearance / delivery notice from local courier or us. So buyers please make sure Shipping Address & Phone Number & Email are correct and effectively available.                                                                                                                                               

Return & Refund

• Exchange / Return & Refund of product is available within 7 days after buyer's signed delivery, seller / buyer who is responsible for the cause shall bear all cost.                                                                                                                                                                             

• Original transaction record of the purchase is required for exchange or refund. Returned product must be in its Original condition, including packing, bar code, with all accessories.                                                                                                                                       

• Shipping Damage: in case items deliver to buyer in damaged condition, buyer please hold original status of the package and contact local delivery courier to file the damage right away, as well as contact us at the meantime. We'll check compensation / exchange / return solution by buyer's will.                                                                                                                                                                     

Warranty & Repair

• Warranty: Various for different items, buyers please check specific warranty time in each item description.                                                                                  

• Repair: If any problem happens during warranty time and within warranty range ( Non-Artificial Damage / Non-Natural Depreciation / Non Improper Operation or Maintenance ), buyers please contact us for solution. Normally, we send free new replacement component to replace the bad part as most effective way for both of us, sometimes we may need buyer's cooperation on testing and finding out exact problematic component first. If it has to be a returning for repair case, buyers will pay returning postage and customs fee, we will take care of repairing and reshipping postage.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
• For products expired warranty period, we still provide replacement parts & repair service at discounted maintenance price.
