Sasson black leather pants from 1970s-1980s

Possibly marketed to both men and women

Sasson designer label clothes were extremely popular in the 70s and 80s with lots of famous people doing their ads—even the NY Rangers

Possibly made for women but are also unisex

It’s difficult to photograph black leather because of the reflective sheen so I will describe as best possible.

Design elements:

Straight fit legs

Flat front with zip and button closure

Back pockets with red Sasson label on right side above rear pocket plus the gold “okay” hand logo Sasson is famous for

Coin pocket in front

Belt loops

V-shape Seam across leg at about knee level in front; same seam is straight in back

Leather elements:

These pants have been well-stored for approx. 46 years!

There are no tears or stains although the button is rubbed worn

Vertical Creases on front and back are gentle and appropriate and cause no issues

Interior is suede-like, rather unfinished

Leather has no cracks and is not butter soft nor dry—it’s very motorcycle jacket leather-like
