Creed in Attleboro, MA..  Also known by the Creed Rosary Company.  Manufacturers of fine Catholic devotional jewelry, rosaries and medals.   Seeing very little surface imperfections noted.  This lovely piece has some areas that look like a diamond cut on the ornate side, the staff, and inside surrounding the depiction of man carrying a boy.
