Sparkling orange quartz crystals fill the center of this geode from the Midwestern Tri-State area known as the Keokuk Region. This area is world renowned for it's beautiful and diverse mineral combinations that can be found inside these geodes. The Keokuk Region comprises the states of Missouri, Illinois, and Iowa.

This geode gets it's orange coloring from the presence of Iron within the quartz. The crystals are well formed with excellent luster and sparkle.

It is approximately the size of a tennis ball.
