Montreal Olympics 1976 Commemorative Medal Necklace Huguenin Switzerland

XXI Olympic commemorative necklace featuring the "The Big O" Olympic stadium built in the mid 1970s by French architect Roger Taillibert. It was the main venue for the 1976 Summer Olympics. 

I think this was a commemorative coin turned into a necklace as I have only found coins made by Huguenin Switzerland for the 1976 games.
