Classic, heavy duty, Diner mug made by the Alliance Vitrified China Company (AVCO), located in  Alliance Ohio. AVCO was in business from early 1900's to early 1930's. They were one the early companies making heavy duty, vitrified china for diners, restaurants and Hotels. This mug is a built like a tank! Color is a cream/off-white.This mug is dated 1930 and is still in excellent shape, no chips, cracks, stains or wear marks. Enjoy your coffee from a mug that is nearly 100 years old!
