For sale is my ZOTAC GeForce RTX 2080 Ti 11GB AMP EDITION graphics card. It is not in working condition. It has the following issues.

The video card will either display garbled colors on the screen, or will not display at all depending on your motherboard and it's settings. It is detected in device manager, but it shows a yellow ! mark with "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)". There may be other damages or defects not explicitly mentioned. You will receive the exact item that is pictured, so make sure to check all of the photos closely for actual physical condition. This video card was shipped as part of a prebuilt computer at some point, so the symptoms may be related to damage during shipping. I do not know if the video card was overclocked or mined on.

Your purchase comes with everything pictured. You are only buying what is pictured, and nothing else. If a cable or something else is not pictured, it is not included!

Due to increasing amounts of fraudulent buyers using freight forwarders, buyers suspected to be using a freight forwarder will be scrutinized for fraudulent activity, and will require an admission in eBay messages that a freight forwarder is being used for that order. I reserve the right to cancel and refund orders using freight forwarders in order to protect myself from potential fraud.

Item serial number will be recorded if present.

Otherwise it will be shipped with an appropriate USPS, UPS, or FedEx service. Keep in mind, I cannot change customs value of the item and I cannot mark it as gift.
