Depending on the region, Korea Post Standard or EMS may be used instead of eGS, with advance notice provided. 

Tracking

  • Standard shipping: A local carrier tracking number will be updated once the package arrives in the destination country.
  • Expedited shipping: FedEx / DHL International tracking will be added once the package is transferred to FedEx or DHL

*Note: For Korea Post Standard shipments to countries outside the US, tracking is only available until the package arrives at the destination country’s airport.
