We are not however, experts on every item we come across and for that reason we cannot guarantee functionality, completeness, condition etc. If you are unhappy with your purchase you will have 14 days from date of receipt to request to return the item. Item must be returned in exact condition it was received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and refund will be the product amount less whatever the original shipping cost was. This applies even to items that were initially free shipping.
