[Product Description] The paste is composed of calcium hydroxide, barium sulfate, propylene glycol, distilled
water, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose as a shaping agent, and dental applicator (purchased
with a certificate, made of polvoronylene resin.
[Technical Indicator] The calcium hydroxide content is not less than 40%.
[Principle of Action] The calcium hydroxide root canal disinfectant paste directly or indirectly destroys the
protein and nuclei acid of pathogenic bacteria by alkaline substances, changes the acidity
and alkalinity of the solvent, takes away the water of microbial cells, and forms a protein
compound with proteins. The calcium hydroxide root canal disinfectant paste is highly
alkaline in the oral root canal, with a pH value greater than or equal to 12, which can
effectively kill bacteria in the root canal.
[Scope of Application] Suitable for root canal disinfection during root canal preparation.
Instruction for Use
1. First, prepare the root canal according to conventional methods
2. Connect the syringe with a bent needle, insert the needle into the root apex area, and then squeeze out the paste
while slowly withdrawing the needle to fill the root canal.
3. Aner filling, use a sealing material (such as zinc oxide eugenol) for temporary sealing.
4. Remove the pasto. Before the final root canal closure, the filling paste should be removed and rinsed with the
corresponding equipment and flushing solution
[Precautions]
I. Skin. mucous membranes, and eyes may be locally imtated or bumed when in contact with calcium hydroxide. If
accidentally exposed, please rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention if necessary
2. This product should be used as soon as possible after opening to minimize the time of direct exposure to air. Use a
new dental applicator needle for each patient and cover it tightly with the protective cover after cach use
3. The use of this product should be operated by qualified or approved personnel. The operator should have specialized
medical application skills and follow the instructions of this product
4. The product should be used by professionals with corresponding levels of certification in the country. It is a dental material and cannot be used for other purposes except for dental treatment.
5. Contact with the oral cavity should be limited to no more than 2 weeks.
