Magrath Apparel), the "Eleven Straight" line, this is a men's long sleeve dress shirt in blue cotton fabric.  Seven button front closure, single chest pocket with button closure, sleeve cuffs with two button adjustable closure, back is yoked and pleated, button down point collar (buttons are hidden).  Officially licensed by Major League Baseball.  Embroidery above the chest pocket says "2006 Pittsburgh All-Star Game."  Check the measurements as the shirt seems a little oversized.

100% cotton.  Made in India.
