Original UK 1972 interim pressing of The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars by David Bowie.

Released on RCA Victor with catalogue numbers SF 8287 / LSP 4702. Matrix numbers: -2E / -2E.

This is an interesting variant similar to other early UK pressings, but does not state “Stereo” on the labels. It features the MainMan publishing credit on the labels only, with no mention on the sleeve or printed inner. This suggests it may be an interim pressing issued during the transition from Titanic to MainMan publishing credits.

A great collectable example of this classic The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars.
