Takes one step and then needs to be wound again.  Every once in a while it'll take an extra step out of the blue.  In decent shape - some wear to plastic and label is worn on the edges.  Cute wind-up vintage toy.  Marked as "TOMY, Singapore."  2 x 2.5 x 1.75". See photos.
