  • Please wear goggles (not included) for protection before operating the machine.

  • Please note that before starting and using the machine, make sure that the cables are connected correctly and that the ultrasonic welding machine is properly earthed.
  • Please note that the machine can only weld plastic products, usually PP, PVC, PET, and ABS, with a thickness generally not exceeding 2 mm. If welding different materials, both welded parts need to have the same or close melting point.
  • Please note that the machine cannot weld metal materials. Do not place metal materials between the welding parts.
  • Please note that to ensure a good weld, the two welded parts should be in close contact and, if necessary, be equipped with a compression fixture (not included).
  • Please note that to avoid burns, do not touch the welding head during work.
  • Please do not open the machine casing or modify the machine without permission.
  • Please note that if there is any abnormal situation or noise during the welding process, please stop using it immediately.
  • Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before you order.
