Amusing medium size vintage windup toy called Mr. Lucky made by Marusan Toy Company in Japan. He holds a cup on one hand, a plastic funnel glass on the other hand that needs to be reattached, and dice on a chain around his neck. He stands in front of a tin gambling table called Roll Shake and wears black plastic glasses & hat. Winds up from the back. As it is old and still works be careful not to overwind him. Very good condition with ordinary aging of the unpainted tin top of the tin gambling table with its only defect other than aging being reattaching his clear plastic funnel glass to his left hand. Measures Measures about 11" tall on a green tin base 4" square.
