RETURNS

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item within 48 Hours.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. 

The item must be returned in its original packaging, in exactly the same condition as sent out to the customer. Any items that are used or fitted on to a car, will not be refunded unless it is (in the unlikely event) faulty. Refunds are not issued until the item has been returned to us and checked, and the Ebay cancellation agreement has been accepted.
